Special orders are crafted to meet your stated specifications and as such, custom orders are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled. Resize requests for custom rings are subject to fees. We are happy to work with you to bring your vision to life, provided that the design is within our production capabilities and meticulous standards of craftsmanship. Please note: Once designs are approved and payment collected, cancellations and changes cannot be accepted. Most custom designs once approved, are completed within an 8-12 week timeframe. Customer satisfaction is our goal, however, we reserve the right to decline custom designs.
